Dr. Pankaj Gupta is a Global Academic Leader with successful professional experience of over 25 years – as a professor, researcher, and an institution builder. Dr. Gupta is currently, Professor JGLS and Dean OCS at O P Jindal Global University, an Institution of Eminence. Prior to rejoining JGU, he was the President (Vice Chancellor) of IIHMR University Jaipur, India’s premier university in health care, hospital, and pharma management. Dr. Gupta is a PhD, Fulbright Fellow, CMA, GCPCL (Harvard), Fellow of ICAI, and an alumnus of Lucknow University & IIM Ahmedabad. He teaches courses and does research & consulting mainly in the areas of Finance & Accounting, Managerial Accounting, Cost Management, Activity Based Costing, Corporate Governance, Performance Management & Control Systems, Mindful Leadership, Mental & Spiritual Health, Transformative Leadership & Change Management, Ancient Wisdom, Self-Awareness, and Ethics etc. He has earlier served in senior leadership positions in several top organizations worldwide such as IMT Ghaziabad, IIM Kozhikode, Symbiosis, University of Washington, S P Jain (Dubai & Singapore) among others.
