Mr. Kurt has more than 25 years of working experience with a unique blend of expertise in education, science and innovation in the Danish Government, at the OECD, and at the World Bank. His core knowledge and experiences are multi-sectoral with the strongest expertise in post-secondary education as well as in science and innovation. He always had a high ability and willingness to work across sectors and disciplines as many societal and economic problems best can be understood and tackled by a multi-sectoral policy approach involving many stakeholders working in partnerships.
He is a Danish national and has a Masters Degree in Human Geography and a Bachelors Degree in Mathematics from Aarhus University, Denmark. He has complemented his post-secondary education with an international degree in Public Administration from the École Nationale d’Administration, Paris.
