Geetanjali is a multifaceted professional with a background in law, education, and social development. She has an M.A. in Peace Studies from Soka University, Japan and LLM from National Academy of Legal Studies and Research, Hyderabad, India. She currently teaches leadership courses at the Jindal Institute of Behavioural Sciences. As a lawyer, she has dedicated her efforts to enhancing access to justice for marginalized communities and promoting sustainable livelihoods, collaborating with both the Ministry of Law and Justice, Government of India and the United Nations. Her academic pursuits focus on value-creating education, the interplay between culture and leadership, and peacebuilding strategies.

His research interests focus around methods to automate process of assessment and evaluation in higher education.
