Tenzin Dolma is currently a Doctoral Candidate at the IIhed, Jindal Global University (JGU). Her research interest is on the leadership practice of Tibetan school principals in India and the importance of a strength based approach in leadership and learning. Her dissertation “Why Tibetans Migrate from India” was published in the Tibet Journal (2019, Issue-I), a biannual publication of the Library of Tibetan Works and Archives (LTWA), Dharamshala. She worked as an editor/compiler at the LTWA, where the thematic issues on The Tibetan Diaspora and Reviews on the Tibetan Political History were published. She served as Research Assistant for various projects, such as The Challenges of Community Based Peacebuilding and Conflict Transformation, National Foundation for Communal Harmony (through JGU); Trade for Peace (collaboration between JGU and Manchester University); and Tibetan Conflict Resolution under The Relis Law Firm, New York.
