Senior Deputy Dean UNSW Business School with 17,500 students and Co-Deputy Vice-Chancellor (Equity, Diversity & Inclusion), providing strategic leadership to drive academic, program, research excellence and progress equity, diversity, and inclusion. 30+ years of experience in higher education across three countries, Australia, Canada, and the U.S.  A nationally awarded educator, current funded research includes the changing nature of careers, leadership development and the beneficial effects of green infrastructure. Research impact roles include expert witness, senate inquiries, government advising and consulting to Australian business.

Prior leadership includes Professor and Head of School, the University of Melbourne and several academic program director and University committee roles. She has conducted numerous Faculty and academic program reviews and has served on several advisory and governance boards of Australian university bodies, as chair or as a member, including UNSW Global.
